1. Introduction:

Buffalo Wings & Rings MENA is seeking proposals from qualified design agencies or individuals for the redesign of our dine-in menu. We are a popular sports restaurant known for our delicious wings, diverse menu, and vibrant atmosphere. We are looking to refresh our menu design to better reflect our brand identity and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.

2. Objectives:

The primary objectives of this menu redesign are as follows:

• Improve the visual appeal and aesthetics of the menu.
• Ensure a cohesive and modern design that aligns with our brand image.
• Enhance readability and user-friendliness for customers.
• Showcase our diverse menu offerings effectively.

3. Scope of Work:

The selected design agency/individual will be responsible for the following:

• Conceptualization and design of a new menu layout.
• Creation of visually appealing graphics and images for menu items.
• Selection of fonts, colors, and other design elements to enhance the overall look and feel.
• Collaboration with our marketing team to incorporate brand elements and messaging.
• Provision of digital files suitable for both print and online use.

4. Proposal Submission Requirements:

Interested parties should submit a comprehensive proposal that includes the following:

• Portfolio showcasing relevant menu design work.
• Approach to the redesign, including an outline of design concepts, themes, and strategies.
• Estimated timeline for project completion.
• Detailed cost breakdown, including any potential additional expenses.
• References from previous clients.

5. Proposal Submission Deadline:

All proposals must be submitted by 11 January 2024, 12 PM, Jordan Local Time.

6. Selection Criteria:

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Creativity and innovation in design concepts.
• Experience with menu design for similar establishments.
• Demonstrated understanding of our brand and target audience.
• Cost-effectiveness and transparency in pricing.

7. Contract Terms:

The selected design agency/individual will enter into a formal agreement with Buffalo Wings & Rings MENA. The agreement will include project milestones, payment terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions.
